Practice Description

As a C.H.E.K Practitioner, Metabolic Typing Advisor and Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, Megan looks at the entire human being as a holistic entity. Her focus is on holistic wellness achieved through nutrition, lifestyle, and multidisciplinary functional exercise and core conditioning. Megan believes that there is no "one size fits all" approach to nutrition or exercise and that each person should be viewed as an individual. Her goal is to create balance in the body and mind to coach each person to health and vitality.

By doing a comprehensive assessment of structure, movement, nutrition and lifestyle factors, and through an understanding of how control systems integrate, producing our physical, mental and spiritual reality, Megan develops a customized program specifically to fit your body’s unique needs.

Megan often works with clients on issues ranging from energy enhancement and weight loss to eating disorders, rehabilitation and sport performance. She also works with clients who are just looking to be as healthy as they can be and want a functional, holistic and individualized approach to getting there.
